This document is designed to encourage your organisation to think strategically, and assess:

• where are you now?
• where do you want to be in, for example, five years’ time?
• how are you going to get there?
• what resources and support do you need to achieve your objectives?
• how much income do you generate; from whom; for what?
• are there roles, responsibilities and assigned staff?
